My denim look strays away from the conventional thought that denim is synonomous with "Jean pants" because it's not! One of my favorite denim pieces ever is this denim jacket. What inspired me about this outfit is the changing weather and how I could somehow mix a summer dress but still be warm in the autumn evening and this worked out perfectly! The jacket and scarf together really added that Indian-Summer-feel to a post-summer outfit!
I agree, denim /= jeans pants. The scarf does take this from summer to fall. How would you add tights to this outfit and what shoes would you wear? Tough boots?
