I was so overwhelmed with the possibilities of this dress ($21.99 at Target) that I had a difficult time getting ready. I feel like I could have worn a combination of any tights, leggings, earrings or shoes that I owned and it would have worked. Thus, it took me a while to make my final decision. As you can see, I ended up choosing my purple leggings ($5 at Wal-Mart) and my silver sequin flats from Target. Man… I’m really representing the super-centers today, aren’t I?
