A. had a meeting in Durham yesterday, so I went down as well hoping to spend half a tourist-y day with him. It was supposed to be raining, but I actually went around with no jacket, the sun was shining and surprisingly very warm! I laughed at BBC Weather for getting it wrong...
By the time I decided to treat myself to a mango smoothie though, it did start raining and by the time A. reached me and we walked to the Cathedral it was litterally pouring! We then had to walk all the way to the station to catch our train back under an even heavier rain and here's when we found ourselves in this tunnel where I took these pictures...

I went to the job placement office at my uni this morning because I need to fill loads of papers before leaving for my internship in the US and I am quite anxious to sort everything out in time. It was not as hot as it's been in the past few days, so I wore something slightly heavier. After doing my things around offices I met with my friend Vale for a coffee & chats and - as soon as she saw me - she commented my outfit saying I looked "like a girl from the '50s on holiday" and that's exactly what I had in mind when putting this outfit together earlier on! :) I only missed a headscarf to complete the look... ;P

We went to see Afterhours (an Italian rock band) yesterday night and I was feeling like looking a bit "grunge". Jeans, Converse, a '90s shirt and vintage jewellery seemed obvious choices..!

At the antique market in Sarzana, Italy where I go every year to find the strangest things. I had to wear a black slip dress underneath the white one cause it was a bit too see-through for my taste, but I like how the thing came out. I also worn my handmade "oui/non" pendant earrings for the first time and I think they matched the French vibe to this dress... :)
