When in a rush, its good to have a “go to outfit. For me, this shirt is just that thing. I love this thing, and it was like, $5 or something!! I cut off the sleeves and capped them with some elastic. And duh on the jeans and boots. And on a side note, next time I am forgetting a button (like the one that showing too much) it would be nice if my co-workers would say something. Ooops.
I am sick. I should be calling in but have too much work to get done. I feel rotton.
Ugh. Rain. I think everyone in New York thought we were going to skip over the moody weather of April and May and go straight into June. I did anyway. The rain calls for the boots and I’m feeling chilly. Jeans and a sweater. If I could get away with it (actually, I probably can), I’d wear a sweatshirt. None clean. Boo. I need a haircut
Where:
Office, errands
Why:
Not every day is a fashionable day. Some days I just resort to jeans, boots and a cardigan, and still try to make it look somewhat put together. For this look— the scarf and belt are the right finishing touches for me.

Work
Why:
I love the day before anything big. Anticipation is such a fun part of life and I am just going bonkers about Thanksgiving this year. I’ll be spending it in New York, cooking with friends and watching the Macy’s parade roll down Broadway from my office. So today I wanted to be comfy and cozy while I set things up and ran around for last minute errands. Its going to be one of the best Thanksgivings ever!!
