I might be there
Initially put together for the 'skirt alert' contest, but I like it. Took away the usual tights and channeled a bit of spring instead. No doubt I'll get my wish soon... This outfit was meant to be centered around the skirt, a gift from a dear friend of mine. I decided to let my dress underneath peek a little bit, to let the interesting ruffle detail show. I initially incorporated the green tie as a belt, for that extra splash of color, but decided to wear it around the neck and tucked in instead.
