Why:
My dearest friend Lindsay got married this weekend and I was a bridesmaid. This is what I wore to the rehearsal and dinner following. I wasn’t sure of the dress code and in Fort Wayne something “dressy†could be black pants and a blouse. I feel really comfortable in my new “uniform†— the black skirt and bootie combo. So a new pair of tights and sweater worked. I also decided against checking a bag, so I needed things that would pack and travel well.

OMG! I tried on so many things this morning and finally left in what you see above. I’m not thrilled, but also not too disappointed. When I see my reflection walking down the street I think I look chic! And its all about what YOU think about yourself. So I feel pretty and pretty good. I’m also pumped these photos came out so bright with only teeny level adjustments. I don’t know what I did differently, but must repeat until we can get back outside again. I’m having a lovely day. I hope you are too.
