Although I may be back in New York, I still have quite a few outfits that I wore and photographed while I was in Seattle and haven't had a chance to post them. This outfit would be one of them. Can I just say, that I am in love with this jumper. Back in early August, my Mom and I drove to this little vintage store in Ballard called, Are You Scentimental. The owner was super nice and friendly and brought out this little number before it was even on the rack. It used to be a pantsuit, but she hemmed it into shorts. Right up my alley! The price was great, so we purchased it immediately! Best. Romper. Ever. It is getting just a tiny bit cooler and getting dark sooner. Now, even though that makes me sad I still love buying fall clothes! I am so into flanel this year b/c I can be lazy and cozy. And ofcourse I am obsessed with my Bebe ankle booties! www.sterlingstyle.blogspot.com
My best friend is getting married in a few months and thank goodness she has great taste. She recently had us go and pick out these black satin peep toe heels from Steve Madden to wear with our hot black bridesmaid dresses. This is one of the only times I can actually wear the shoes somewhere other than to the wedding. These heels are amazing and are very comfy for being 5 inches. I wore them today to work. The other part of this outfit that I can't live without it my "Taylor" necklace. I bought it in the days of "Sex and the City" and I can never get bored with it. I can't remember where I got it, but I am sure a talented Etsy artist has some. My Blog- www.sterlingstyle.blogspot.com
As bright as the sun above me, I tumbled around in a bed of flowers and flew my cute kitten kite. Oh the joys of managing to keep that kite in flight, despite the high heels that are nestled below on my feet. View more of my kite flying adventures at my blog: http://inbugsdrawers.blogspot.com
I was so overwhelmed with the possibilities of this dress ($21.99 at Target) that I had a difficult time getting ready. I feel like I could have worn a combination of any tights, leggings, earrings or shoes that I owned and it would have worked. Thus, it took me a while to make my final decision. As you can see, I ended up choosing my purple leggings ($5 at Wal-Mart) and my silver sequin flats from Target. Man… I’m really representing the super-centers today, aren’t I? I didn’t even realize… http://beprettycheap.wordpress.com/
