I was really excited about getting these boots because they're in such great vintage condition and have that cool seventies edge that I love. This is the first outfit I've worn with them and I can't wait to pair them with a million different other ones... :)
This past weekend in New York with the Weardrobe crew has been a complete whirlwind. Friday we got a ton of awesome swag from our amazing sponsors, Saturday we spent time shopping in Brooklyn and had dinner with two ladies from Gilt Groupe, and Sunday we went to SoHo and did a photo shoot with Craig Arend of Altamira NYC. This experience is surreal. Totally & completely, 100% surreal. (photo courtesy of The Clothes Horse!)
It is still so hot here in southern California. I have been wearing easy dresses almost every day. This dress came from Anthropologie, the shoes are Tory Burch, I am wearing a vintage men's Seiko watch, j.crew bangles, and a Betsey Johnson cupcake necklace.
The final day of the Weardrobe Conference- there was laughter and tears as we recounted the last few days. We had a casual meet-up at the Gramercy Park Hotel, sitting on the floor eating bagels. :) I wore a playful and easy jumpsuit with my new vintage find- black ankle cowboy boots, and of course my Nooka watch, hehe. A hardware detailed belt added that extra something to make it all come together.
